Duties

70% - Manage Football’s Recruiting Operational Needs

  • Manage the evaluation process and recruiting board management for Football
  • Oversee the clear and concise pipeline of recruiting evaluations between the recruiting staff and the coaching staff throughout all aspects of the year
  • Manage Football’s recruiting boards - both digitally and physically - and ensure all information is up to date and correct
  • Maintain and utilize knowledge of NCAA rules

20% - Recruiting Database Management (Verified Measurables)

  • Plan and execute recruiting database measurements.
  • Manage recruiting database from on-campus visits and Football camps (Row the Boat Camp, Satellite camps, etc). Follow up with Coaches on this measured data in a timely manner.

10% - Administrative

  • Serve as a liaison with Compliance of Football Scouting Operations.
  • Organize recruiting information for football staff.
    • Liaison for football student-athlete’s academic progress. Track down all personal data including GPA, test scores, address, parent’s names, etc.
  • Monitor the athlete evaluations completed by the football staff.
  • Assist in advancing the department's mission, vision, and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity.
