Duties
70% - Manage Football’s Recruiting Operational Needs
- Manage the evaluation process and recruiting board management for Football
- Oversee the clear and concise pipeline of recruiting evaluations between the recruiting staff and the coaching staff throughout all aspects of the year
- Manage Football’s recruiting boards - both digitally and physically - and ensure all information is up to date and correct
- Maintain and utilize knowledge of NCAA rules
20% - Recruiting Database Management (Verified Measurables)
- Plan and execute recruiting database measurements.
- Manage recruiting database from on-campus visits and Football camps (Row the Boat Camp, Satellite camps, etc). Follow up with Coaches on this measured data in a timely manner.
10% - Administrative
- Serve as a liaison with Compliance of Football Scouting Operations.
- Organize recruiting information for football staff.
- Liaison for football student-athlete’s academic progress. Track down all personal data including GPA, test scores, address, parent’s names, etc.
- Monitor the athlete evaluations completed by the football staff.
- Assist in advancing the department's mission, vision, and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity.
