Director of Digital Marketing

REE Automotive is seeking a results-oriented and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of our global digital marketing strategy.

This individual will play a pivotal role in positioning REE as a thought leader in the commercial electric vehicle (EV) and eMobility industries, driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our revolutionary electric vehicle solutions.

The ideal candidate will excel at developing cohesive digital marketing campaigns, managing multi-channel efforts, and leveraging data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with REE Automotive’s business goals.
• Lead brand positioning efforts to establish REE as the go-to leader in modular EV platforms and fleet solutions.
• Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web, social media, email, paid media, and influencer partnerships.
• Manage messaging strategies targeting fleet managers, municipalities, and other key stakeholders with a focus on practical benefits like TCO, operational efficiencies, and upfit readiness.
• Drive a compelling content strategy that highlights REE’s innovative technology and product advantages, ensuring consistency across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Optimize web content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve lead generation.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Identify trends and insights to inform future campaigns and continuously improve performance.
• Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
• Support investor relations and senior leadership with content for earnings calls, investor decks, and other communications.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B industries or technology-focused companies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEM platforms, CRM software, and social media management tools.
• Expertise in content marketing, paid media, and lead generation strategies.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and the EV industry.
