Process Assistant I

Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office/2 days work from home
Westinghouse is seeking a Process Assistant I for a 12+ month project opportunity supporting our nuclear client in Fairfax, VA.
Basic understanding of the operation of computerized and function-related equipment to record, store and retrieve information. Ability to manage multiple activities and resources. Good oral and written communication skills. Basic personal computer skills including using spreadsheet and word processing applications and SAP.
Some specific responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, reviewing transformer inspections, creating and/or assign each inspection to a work request. Communicating with and sending emails to the local offices to address any questions or concerns, and/or with any relevant updates or details. Monitoring and addressing any quality assurance issues identified while reviewing inspection results.
