Pier Staff - Customer Service – Baltimore Cruise Terminal
Looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals willing to work weekends and holidays to provide quality customer service at each guest interaction.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is an experienced global business offering a full range of services to the cruise industry.
Who are we looking for:
- Individual with computer skills and other electronic devices
- Customer Service Experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Fluent in English - speak, read & write
- Ability to Pass a background check to obtain a TWIC Card (Transport Worker Identification Card)
What we provide:
