Manager of Clinic Services

The Manager of Clinic Services works as part of the clinical team performing clinical and administrative duties necessary to accomplish organizational and patient care goals. The Manager of Clinic Services is responsible for the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Clinical Services, RNs, LPNs, and helps oversee the Medical Assistants (MA), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Health Assistants (HA). The Manager of Clinic Services is also responsible for outcomes and compliance of the clinic operations in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, Associate Director of Nursing, Chief Medical Officer, and the Chief Operating Officer.

This is a full-time position located at our Northwest Omaha Clinic. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska; or license eligibility.
• Associate of Science in Nursing degree (ASN) from an accredited school required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
• Proficiency in both English; depending on location, proficiency in Spanish may be required.
• Two to three years of related work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred.
