About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished VP of Marketing to drive online growth for an established e-commerce business with a large product catalog. This leader will oversee a digital marketing team, optimize strategies for key sales channels, and leverage data to make impactful decisions. With a focus on performance metrics and team development, this role is critical in shaping the company’s future growth trajectory.


VP of Marketing Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies, including SEO, targeted promotional campaigns, and subscription model development.
  • Oversee a dynamic team of marketing professionals, managing performance metrics and fostering professional growth.
  • Independently plan, adjust, and manage a significant marketing budget.
  • Design and implement initiatives to maximize customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
  • Oversee website optimization, merchandising strategies, and innovative campaign creation.
  • Create engaging strategies tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook platforms.
  • Spearhead direct response campaigns using print and email channels.
  • Drive funnel optimization for increased conversion rates.
  • Leverage analytics platforms to provide actionable insights and strategic reporting.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital presence to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop standardized processes to enhance operational excellence across marketing functions.
