Manufacturing Supervisor

Blaine, MN | Direct Hire | 1st Shift | $33-$36/hour

Konik is partnered with a growing manufacturer that is adding a Manufacturing Supervisor to their team.

Manufacturing Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly
• Lead team of up to 25 people, while assisting team on the production floor
• Train assembly team on techniques and AS9100 requirements, while coaching
• Inspect and audit manufacturing processes, while adjusting schedules for upcoming orders
  
  

Manufacturing Supervisor Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in an ISO environment
• Ability to work with small instruments and read engineering prints
• Experience in a "working supervisor" role
• Ability to adjust schedules on the fly and demonstrate flexibility to manage multiple tasks
