Legal Assistant/Scheduler

Kuhn Raslavich is seeking a Legal Assistant/Scheduler. Responsibilities:

• Schedule client meetings, conferences, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and inspections
• Management of multiple attorney calendars
• Maximize capacity in the calendars by prioritizing meetings based on importance, attorneys' schedules, procedures, and the anticipation of upcoming needs
• Respond to requests for change in calendar and reschedule promptly
• Drafting notices/motions/correspondences
• Draft and file legal documents and pleadings in State Court
• New client intake

Qualifications:

• Prior scheduling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Proactive and motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
