Dispatcher

Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 80 years in the industry, is currently hiring for Dispatcher.

Responsibilities include:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Respond promptly to customer inquires.
Organize work-flow to meet customer time frames.
Determines and prioritizes customer deliveries.
Investigate and resolve customer services matters.
Provide advice and consult with management regarding customers issues or concerns.
Maintain product codes in MAS 200 required.
Send customers confirmations on all orders.
Assist with FFS customer business as needed.
Monitor customer ordering habits and maintain customer communications based on that info.
Anything that is assigned by immediate supervisor.

The dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling drivers to pickup or deliver loads to customers and vendors. Keeping accurate records for the terminal, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations. The dispatcher will also help load and unload fuel trucks, maintain equipment in terminal yard, assist in other areas assigned by Terminal Manager that will include lifting, bending or standing for long periods of time.
