Warehouse Associate- Hand Loader (Detroit, MI)

Hand Loaders get a THREE-DAY weekend by working full time only four days per week! Working as a hand loader is a stepping stone to advancement within the company A successful hand loader will:

• Use voice picking technology program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy
• Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks
• Effectively and safely utilize a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including cleaning up spills, sweeping, and mopping.
• Be self-motivated and work in a fast-paced, physical work environment
• Report to work ready and on time, expecting to work long hours on their feet.
• Repetitively lift, move, push, and handle cases of beer and other products weighing 40# or more.
• Work as a team player with co-workers.
• Have great strength and stamina
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment between 60-67 degrees.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
