This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in litigation and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation Paralegals are required to achieve 120 billable hours per month, ensuring our firm meets the high standards of service our clients deserve.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence for litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information to support litigation strategies.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are current, organized, and easily accessible.
- Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Maintain attorney calendars, scheduling depositions, hearings, and deadlines.
- File legal documents with the court, adhering to all court rules and procedures.
- Prepare trial exhibits, summaries, and other litigation support materials.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation.
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work product.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
