This remote, full-time role is your opportunity to shine as the embodiment of our mission to deliver exemplary legal representation coupled with genuine care.Your daily responsibilities will include:Drafting/Filing/Serving pleadings, declarations, and other court documents—usually via e-filing.Communicating with clients regarding all aspects of their case, and responding to their requests and concerns with guidance from the associate when necessary.Coordinating and noting (docketing/scheduling) court motions, hearings, etc..Drafting temporary and final court orders and circulating them for review and signatures.Promulgating discovery requests (including subpoenas) and drafting responses to discovery requests served on us.Drafting legal correspondence.Helping our associate attorney prepare cases for conferences, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.Who You Are:The ideal candidate will embody our core values and bring:Paralegal certificate.Professional appearance, manners, and attitude.Ideally, three to five years of being a Family Law Paralegal. However, we are less concerned with how many years of experience you have than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years.
