Responsible for maintaining halls, stairs, elevator and linen closet in a clean and neat manner. Services linen closets with clean linen and supplies. Removes dirty linen and trash from carts and halls. Performs miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Other
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, stand, turn, etc. in the performance of daily duties.
Ability to work with chemicals.
Ability to effectively communicate others.
Ability to lift 50lbs from the floor to waist.
Ability to push up to 100lbs as needed in performance of duties.
Ability to use a stepladder.
Physical Requirements
Specialized Work Experience
Distribute and stock linen closets with clean linen and supplies.
Collect dirty linen and trash from carts and hallways.
Clean halls, vents, guest room doors, guest elevators, stairwells, and ice machines areas.
Vacuum carpet in public and back of house areas.
Clean linen closets.
Move and vacuum underneath guest room beds if applicable.
Spot clean walls when needed, also place rollaway beds in rooms when requested.
