- Knowledge of educational best practicesand trends in the industry.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staffin educational settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Educationor related field.
- Previous experience in educational coordinationor related roles.
- Preferred: Certification in Education Administrationor equivalent.
