Job Summary

As a Corporate Training with Hill & Wilkinson you will play a vital role in fostering employee growth and ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic construction industry. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate training initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate and train diverse audiences, from small groups to large classrooms, while managing classroom dynamics and applying adult learning principles.
  • Energetic and engaging facilitator and presenter, comfortable speaking in front of groups, on camera.
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering positive and productive interactions.
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
  • Reviews and contributes to the development of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Design and implement assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Procure and manage external learning development vendors to ensure effective design, implementation, and evaluation of learning products.
  • Utilizes a wide variety of training methods for effective learning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably within the construction or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
