Vice President – Operations


This position is with a Private equity backed, multi-site/multi-state health/beauty organization and is responsible for the group’s overall strategic direction and the facilitation of it’s growth. The Vice President reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, growth, and profitability of a specific region within the company. This senior leadership role involves strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and ensuring the region meets its financial and operational goals. The VP will also have multi-unit management experience, effectively overseeing multiple locations to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company objectives. They will embody and foster all aspects of the brand, culture and core values.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, retention, and engagement targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to assist client partners in enhancing business operations, profitability, and brand adherence.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership team to design and implement key tools, programs, services, marketing strategies, and pricing plans.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote the brand, services, and offerings.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry leaders through social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to growth plans tailored to regional markets.
  • Lead training and development programs for new Market Leaders in upcoming regions.
  • Analyze market trends to discover opportunities for talent acquisition, new products, services, marketing strategies, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products/services and addressing customer concerns promptly.

  • Proven experience managing sales and operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency with company standards.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating teams, with strong influence and change management capabilities.
  • Strong strategic development and execution skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Extensive experience with P&L management and driving financial success.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Effective at setting priorities and managing a high workload with adaptability.
  • Positive, energetic, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving expertise.
  • Proficiency with business software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience.
