About The Job

The primary purpose of the Post-Production Label Printing Specialist role is to process label printing requirements for commercial batches, BUD batches, label testing and other printing needs with precision and accuracy associated with our post-production manufacturing.

Responsibilities

In addition to performing the responsibilities associated with processing label printing for production batches, this individual will also be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating and relaying inventory needs and shortages to procurement or warehouse teams.
  • Support marketing and sales requests for sample sales kit label needs.
  • Coordinate with SME’s regarding label modifications, regulatory updates and harmonization programs.
  • Support post-production continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous monitoring of batch records for errors, completions of review and verification signatures.
  • Clerical tasks including data entry, batch tracking, inventory control.
  • Establish key performance indicators in alignment with department goals, maintain and report applicable area or organizational metrics.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, supervisors, supply chain and other manufacturing teams to author, review or revise applicable SOPs, batch records, and other operational related documents.
  • Conduct technical training for post-production manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct review of post-production operations to ensure compliance to procedures.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by Area Management.
  • Investigate, document findings and influence assessment for deviations.
  • Actively participate in teams conversations with SMEs within post-production.
  • Commitment to maintaining consistency and compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist assigned functional area leads in driving problems to resolution.

Profile/Experiences

  • Skilled, flexible worker with strong people skills and an extensive background in cGMP manufacturing.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to self-direct in managing concurrent requirements.
  • commitment to maintaining consistency and compliance with established procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience in batch paperwork and processes.
  • Minimum of 6 months cGMP post-production experience.
  • Direct experience in processes acclimated to post-production.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and work cross-functionally to deliver results within established timelines.
  • Must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
