Ticket Office Representative

Overview: Ticket Office Representative is a part-time seasonal position. Representatives are dedicated to the efficient servicing of customers through walk-up ticket sales and ticket help. Ticket Office Representatives are expected to exhibit professionalism while interacting with personnel at all levels of the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, Event Staff, and First Horizon Park guests. This position is also responsible for handling general customer service inquiries regarding policies, ballpark events, promotions, and pricing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets to customers using the Ticketmaster software
• Provide exceptional customer service while processing ticket orders and/or solving ticket related issues
• Be prepared to answer general questions regarding seating, pricing, stadium policies, and event details
• Maintain and stock supplies for the Ticket Office windows
• Accurately process customer ticket orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service and retail sales experience
• Computerized ticketing experience preferred, particularly the Ticketmaster.com operating system including TM1 Sales and Archtics.
• Lives in Nashville, Tennessee or Middle Tennessee area
• Proven job reliability, dedication, strong work ethic and responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
• Ability to take and follow instructions. Exceptional communications skills. Position will work closely with the public
• Possess strong computer skills and be able to comprehend basic mathematics
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays from March 8 through September 14
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
