Responsibilities

Communicate with airlines daily for arrivals, truck dispatch, customer service, Customs clearance, Billing, KPI Reporting. Team meeting. Microsoft Office Suite familiarity, logistics air/ocean experience, airlines experience/knowledge.

Additionally, Special Duties may be assigned in accordance with Policy No. 02-03 of the Employee Handbook. Your future assignments will depend on the needs of the department, your performance and capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
• Some computer skills including data entry and maintenance and working
• Some knowledge of general and Import/Export Computer application technology desirable
• Some knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
• Good verbal and written communication Skill
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary
