You'll manage multiple crews, oversee projects, train team members, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate residential and commercial landscaping projects from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor 2-3 crews, delegating tasks effectively and monitoring performance.
• Train crew members on industry best practices, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Conduct regular safety and equipment inspections to maintain a compliant and efficient work environment.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Perform light maintenance and conduct inventory checks for tools and machinery.
• Communicate project updates and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Onboard new hires and facilitate ongoing crew training sessions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in landscaping; prior leadership roles preferred.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license (CDL Class A preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting landscaping blueprints and designs.
• Skilled in operating landscaping tools and technology.
• Ability to manage crews and work under tight deadlines.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (degree in landscape construction is a plus).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
