- Créer, organiser et planifier les contenus pour les pages de nos réseaux sociaux
- Organiser des jeux concours
- Création de réels
- Optimiser et développer notre fichier clients
- Promouvoir l'application "Mon E.Leclerc"
- Créer des opérations de communication ciblées à destination de nos clients
- Mise en place de campagnes d'emailing et SMS
- Créer du contenu sur notre réseau interne
- Mettre en place de nouveaux projets
- Graphisme : création de supports de communication
- Travail sur l'e-réputation : animation des différentes pages Google My Business
- Animation de l'application (tombola, bannières, ...)
- Analyse des données et statistiques des médias sociaux pour évaluer l'efficacité des campagnes et ajuster la stratégie
- Coordination de projet évènements internes et animations en magasin en lien direct avec la direction
