Mid = $129,784.82
Max = $159,735.17
Summary
The Manager Ambulatory Practice is responsible for administering, directing, planning and coordinating all activities in an YRMC operated primary or specialty care physician practice(s).
Responsibilities
Develops and implements processes that assure the viability of existing programs, standardize practice patterns and optimize physician productivity; develops key performance indicators to benchmark practice performance; analyzes patient demand and develops a schedule that optimizes the use of the practice's resources to meet patient care standards and service expectations.
Responsible for overall supervision of the Radiation Oncology Clinic and Radiation Oncology Treatment areas. Acts as a liaison between staff, providers, and other departments within the organization. Participates in committees that directly influence quality of cancer care.
In collaboration with the Administrative Director of the Cancer Center, monitors the financial performance of assigned cost centers, compliant with department productivity standards, and assists with budget projections for the fiscal year.
Accountable to provide human resource management for area of responsibility including, but not limited to: Ensuring appropriate staff are available to meet the needs of the department, providing coaching and mentoring for performance, and retention of employees.
Serves as the primary source for confidential employment related records and information contained within the electronic health record, department/supervisory human resource files and other data systems.
Accountable for collaborating and coordinating with the Patient Scheduling and Access team to ensure accurate and timely entering of charges. Denials are reviewed in a timely manner and information is provided to support successful charge capture.
Develop and implement a dynamic and efficient business infrastructure that allows on-going integration of all clinical processes.

Associate Degree, ARRT Certification and/or Dosimetry Certification.
3 years experience - 2 years clinical experience and 1 year supervisor/leadership experience.
Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist or Dosimetrist
Previous experience in radiation oncology
Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
