Overview:

The Aftermarket Contract Sales Representative will sell service / renewal contracts for the Life Science and Diagnostics instrument and laboratory equipment business to existing and new customers located across North America.

This position includes driving growth by expanding current contracts, upselling and cross-selling Revvity services and reagents and acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent relationship building, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. This position is fully remote.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and autonomous work environment. The Aftermarket Contract Sales Representative will have previous sales experience and working knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in a sales or service position.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Accountable for growth of the Core Service Contract Base – manage the renewal process
  • Work with the local CSE/FSS team to expand the contract base by adding new contracts
  • Coordinate with regional service leadership on business status and escalation
  • Meet with local customers to assess satisfaction levels and expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate with inside sales team on escalation issues or expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely status of opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Organically grow focus accounts based on customer needs and expansion of service products
  • Upsell / Cross-sell other REVVITY services and offerings
  • Consistently achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Through sales discovery understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Effectively perform all administrative functions including but not limited to:
  • Submit accurate timecards on weekly basis
  • Manage sales opportunities in CRM system
  • Regular reporting of sales metrics and pipeline vitality
  • Complete expenses on a monthly basis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in sales and customer service OR
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of sales experience and customer service
  • A minimum of one year experience working with a CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer focused role with high volume and multi-tasking responsibilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
  • Ability to generate revenue by properly connecting with customers and understanding their current and future needs
  • Ability to demonstrate perseverance and self-motivation in order to achieve success
  • Must have strong Microsoft office skills, and general computer acumen
  • Ability to work independently and generate results
