Job Overview

In this role, you'll oversee site construction activities, manage field personnel and subcontractors, and ensure the successful, on-time completion of high-quality pool installations. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all construction activities for in-ground pool installations.
  • Maintain communication with the Construction Manager.
  • Maintain communication with homeowners and crew members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage field personnel and subcontractors to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state regulations, obtaining necessary inspections and approvals.
  • Schedule crews efficiently and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Maintain detailed construction schedules, identifying and resolving project challenges.
  • Communicate daily with customers to provide updates and address concerns proactively.
  • Manage and submit project paperwork, including work orders and final project files.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures on all job sites.
  • Prepare and oversee the completion of final punch lists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, representing the company in a presentable and courteous manner.

Qualifications

  • Education: AS degree in Construction Management or equivalent; journeyman status in a building trade is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in construction, preferably residential, with skills in scheduling, supervision, quality control, and overall project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse personalities effectively.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Professional and technical competence with confidence in problem-solving.
