Thatcher's Gourmet Popcorn, a family-owned business recently moved to Pittsburg California, is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. Our Operations Manager is a key part of our management team working closely with our distributors and production teams to schedule and coordinate the production of 30 + Popcorn Flavors. A successful candidate would be reliable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and strive to do the best for our customers.

Experience in customer service with a customer-first mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in food, manufacturing, and shipping logistics.
Be able and willing to learn new operating systems.
Strength in building relationships among managers and employees.
Ability to analyze problems and opportunities for the company.
Willingness to fashion creative solutions.
Team orientation to business interactions.
Appreciation for high-quality food.
A flexible attitude working within an ever-evolving small business environment.
Bilingual speaking is a plus.
Specifically, you will…
Be a key part of our management team.
Become the main point of contact for our distributor partners. Processing orders and managing relationships.
Plan production for popcorn, design packaging, and order raw ingredients
Coordinate shipping logistics.
Work closely with our sales team to support growth.
Manage our Customer Service Representative.
Cross-train in all areas of our management office.
Be willing to grow outside this list of job duties and grow within our company.
