Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Independent Chemical Corporation. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, accepting and processing orders, arranging freight and product specific needs, providing simple document support, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years Customer Service Experience in B-B Sales and experience in chemicals or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
