Employee Reimbursements and Corporate Card Programs Manager

Summary
The Employee Reimbursements and Corporate Card Programs Manager will lead the strategy and support the day-to-day activities of all Travel and Purchasing cards, including but not limited to Policy adherence, investigations and resolving disputed charges, and all processes. Oversee the review and audit of employee expense reports to ensure they are adhering to company policy. Serves as primary subject matter expert for the corporate card program and employee reimbursements, delivering training, troubleshooting, and user support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Travel and P-Card programs, which includes monthly administration to ensure all card charges are properly allocated and approved promptly.
- Assist with the development of and maintain corporate card policies and guidelines and perform random audits to ensure compliance.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the corporate card program, making recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the issuance and cancellation of corporate cards.
- Review and audit employee reimbursements to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements for company-approved expenses according to company policies.
- Respond to inquiries submitted to P-Card Support and Travel and Expense mailboxes related to corporate cards and employee reimbursement issues.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies related to corporate card transactions.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure all necessary controls are in place to allocate charges and on-time payments properly.
- Create training materials and provide training and resources to help educate employees on corporate card policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide monthly reports on spending patterns and policy exceptions and identify violations of the corporate card policy.
- Create Ad-hoc reporting as required by Business Unit leaders.
- Implement and enforce financial controls to prevent fraud and misuse of corporate cards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate card services.
Supervision Given to:
- P-Cards and Travel Program Administrator
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, purchasing, or accounting or a related experience.
- 5 to 7 years of corporate card management experience
- Any equivalent combination of relevant experience and education may substitute for educational requirement
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work in a dynamic, non-routine environment with shifting priorities where multi-tasking may be required
- Previous involvement in Corporate Credit Card system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations
- Ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Corporate Card Management
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS applications
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
