We are looking for a Medical Clinic Manager to join our clinics! Our Medical Clinic Managers perform a variety of activities within the administrative scope of work. Administrative activities include but are not limited to supervision of clinic staff, staff training, and the effective management of patient problems. In addition, they assist the clinic's Lead Provider in reviewing/monitoring expenditures, keeping expenditures within budget and in compliance with existing contracts/linkage agreements. They approve all leave time and timesheets of supervised staff, maintain adequate staffing to support provider level, and maintain supplies, equipment, and inventories. They arrange for repairs, replacements, and maintenance care of facility and equipment, and ensure safe working conditions. Additionally, they partner with QI, HR, and other departments to manage and complete projects as needed. They also assign and delegate administrative tasks for supervised employees, coordinate replacements for absent staff as needed, and recommend staffing patterns. Plus, other duties as assigned.
Requirements include an Associate degree in business or a related area or equivalent licensure, or 5 years clinical experience including managing and leading, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
