We are a growing home care company located in downtown Honolulu. We are looking for a reliable, positive, compassionate professional to join our office staff.
Only candidates currently living on Oahu should apply.
This position will play an integral part in all aspects of the office. You will be involved in administrative support, clinical oversight, and scheduling. We are willing to train!
At least 1-year of experience in an office environment is recommended.

We are a home care agency located in downtown Honolulu. Our kind, professional caregivers help our clients with personal care, feeding, and more. All of our caregivers are trained, have passed background checks, and are bonded.
We serve the whole island of Oahu.

Position Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls, assist clients, prospects, applicants, and employees, or take messages as appropriate.
- Communicate by telephone, email, and/or mail, with clients, employees, and third parties.
- Data entry of patient and employee/payroll information.
- Creation, maintenance, and closing of client and employee files.
- Employee and client file audits.
- Assist in new caregiver onboarding and follow-up.
- Follow-up with appropriate parties to obtain missing credentials or other documents to ensure compliance.
- Copy, scan, and upload records, policies, and other pertinent documents and distribute copies as directed.
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes as needed.
- Care note tracking and follow-up with direct care staff, reporting issues to management.
- Preparation of client and employee presentation documents or other materials.
- Ensure education and compliance with all HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Ensure file maintenance and security standards are consistently practiced and enforced to protect employee and client records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as a team in an environment where there may be interruptions to the normal workflow.
- Being able to identify and suggest solutions to issues that arise.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
