Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Petra Industries in Edmond, OK. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in an E-Commerce or customer-facing role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
