Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver technology and application integration projects, programs, and portfolios. The ideal candidate will manage projects of varying complexities, ranging from singularly focused initiatives to multi-faceted, interrelated projects with both technical and business components. They will be responsible for orchestrating teams, mitigating risks, managing budgets, and balancing priorities to ensure successful project delivery across business units, campuses, or teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Organize, coordinate, and manage resources to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
    • Oversee the integration of technology, ERP applications, infrastructure, and related tools in alignment with project objectives.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
    • Address conflicting priorities and develop contingency plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of project goals.
    • Facilitate decision-making processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resource Coordination
    • Manage matrixed teams across multiple platforms and disciplines.
    • Allocate and optimize resources to meet project demands.
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Implement and sustain project management processes, portfolio operations, and communication frameworks.
    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and maintain transparency.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Analyze project outcomes and lessons learned to improve future projects.
    • Advocate for and implement process enhancements to support project efficiency and success.


Qualifications

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in managing technology and application integration projects, preferably in a matrixed environment.
    • Strong knowledge of ERP applications, IT infrastructure, and project management tools.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage budgets, scope, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
    • Understanding of technology integration, ERP systems, and portfolio management processes.
