Gener8tor is a nationally recognized startup accelerator and entrepreneurial support organization seeking a Managing Director (MD) to lead our Bronze Valley Investment Accelerator. The MD will oversee this accelerator, which invests up to $100K in up to five high-growth startups per year led by founders of color and/or female founders.

Bronze Valley employs a three-point approach of funding, programming, and resources to elevate diverse and female founders while catalyzing economic growth within Alabama. As a nonprofit CDFI investor, Bronze Valley provides strategic capital to accelerate early-stage startups, focusing on underrepresented groups. It serves as an education and advisory resource for pre-seed startups and offers complimentary value-added services to participating companies through “C-Suite on Demand”.

As a member of the gener8tor team, you will impact startups by working with founders in collaboration with a network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners. Success for an MD involves recruiting, selecting, and investing in top founders and strengthening the support system for your portfolio, reporting to the region’s Senior Managing Director.
