What You’ll Do

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Draft the Dream Team: Develop strategies to recruit top talent who share our passion for sports and excellence.
  • Welcome New Team Members: Oversee onboarding to ensure every new hire feels valued and ready to hit the ground running.

Employee Relations

  • Be a Coach: Offer guidance, resolve challenges, and create a harmonious workplace where everyone feels like part of the team.
  • Foster Engagement: Design and execute initiatives that inspire connection and loyalty among our staff.

Performance Management

  • Help Team Members Excel: Assist employees and managers in setting ambitious goals and delivering winning performances.

HR Compliance

Requirements

The MVP We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bonus points for HR certifications; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise: A deep understanding of employment laws, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driven: A proactive, collaborative go-getter with a passion for making things happen.
