The Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center of Eugene-Springfield, Oregonis seeking an experienced and motivated board-certified Veterinarian to join our team in the role of Chief of Specialty. Specialties we are looking for include (but not limited to) Neurology, Surgery, Internal Medicine and Critical Care.
We are seeking candidates who are board-certified within their specialty with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, who value both their team and their patients. You will work in a positive work environment that supports professional development and quality of life. As our Chief of Specialty, you will work with our highly skilled clinicians, leading by example on the floor and driving forward our specialty services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing protocols, supervising specialty veterinarians, and mentoring your team. You will help lay the foundation for the next several decades of our hospital's upward trajectory.
Our existing hospital team includes long-time Medical Director and Practice Partner, Dr. Max Rinaldi, a highly skilled emergency veterinarian along with an experienced hospital administration and leadership team partnered with the Lakefield Veterinary Group.
With a brand new 12,000 square foot facility and 4,000 square feet of dedicated space for specialty services, you will have the unique opportunity to help build the hospital of your dreams and shape its future. Our hospital is equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic and surgical facilities, including a brand new 128 slice Toshiba CT system, and is an AAHA accredited practice committed to maintaining the highest standards in the industry.
