Home Care Provider

Open your home to someone and make a positive impact in her life!

We are currently looking for a Home Care Provider to support an Individual in the Greater Southern NH Area. The home MUST be wheelchair accessible.

Residential Resources is looking for a Home Care Provider who has experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and/or Brain Injuries. This is a contracted position (non-employee) in which you would open your home to a wonderful woman who needs supports.

This individual is looking for a new home and is not a stranger to living with a home care provider. She does have mobility challenges and will need a home that is fully accessible. She has a huge heart and loves people and animals. This woman has a great sense of humor and would do best with people that have similar natures. She does need support/assistance for medical appointments and follow through.

She would do best in a location that was in a more rural setting. She is a smoker (always and only outside of the home) so this must be considered if you are thinking about providing a home for her.

As a Home Care Provider, you would be expected to assist the person you support with all aspects of ADLs, assisting/providing meals, and assisting with medication administration. You would also ensure that medical appointments are met, transportation is provided, and basic daily/monthly Medicaid required documentation is completed in a timely manner. It would be important that you are able to work well with the Individual’s support team. Training and ongoing support will be provided!

Requirements:

• Fully accessible home.
• Providers must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed driver, and have an acceptable driving history.
• Acceptable background checks are required.
• Medication administration experience is required to support this woman.
