Onboarding Coordinator

Summary of Position: The position of Onboarding Coordinator was established for the purpose of supporting the Human Resources team at Apis Services in performing all necessary functions to ensure the timely onboarding of new hires.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Inperium and Apis Services missions, purposes, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct all tasks necessary for the day-to-day onboarding of new hires, including but not limited to:
- Timely & professional communication with, and support for, new hires in gathering all needed documentation;
- Timely & professional coordination and collection of all necessary background checks and clearances;
- Timely and professional coordination and completion of any needed employment verification;
- Timely and professional communication with affiliate recruiters and human resources personnel to ensure transparency in all stages of the process;
- Timely and professional linkage between new hires and all other relevant areas of Apis (i.e., payroll, IT, new hire training, etc.)
- Data entry & collection of new employee documentation in multiple computer systems
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in collecting data, running necessary reports, and providing training for new onboarding staff, as needed and requested.
- Assist the Human Resources team in all functions related to offboarding, staff transfers, or new hire training as requested or assigned.
- Manage assigned functions within budget parameters, promoting cost-effective use of personnel, supplies, and other resources.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

The Onboarding Coordinator will be committed to the missions of Inperium and Apis Services. Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Language Ability
Ability to convey clinical conceptualizations adequately through written and spoken language. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Bilingual a plus but not required.
Certificates and Licenses
Valid driver's license.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Salary: $48,000
