Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform clerical tasks to assist with daily operations including accounts payable/receivable, billing, bookkeeper, scan and file paperwork, answer the phone, and more
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications – Office Assistant:

• Office clerical experience is preferred, good MS Office, computer, data entry, organization and communication skills, team participant, a positive attitude, and good work ethic
• Teachable, follows direction, takes initiative, professional appearance
• Detail oriented, dependable and punctual
