In this position, you will support the recruitment for hourly store employees of our brand-new tea house locations, along with corporate recruitment and tons of special project. This is a unique opportunity to build teams that will bring CHAGEE’s exceptional tea experience to life in the U.S. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, implement effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience, all while playing a vital role in our growing brand.

What You'll Do
- Source, screen, interview, and hire exceptional talent to fill hourly store positions, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to CHAGEE’s standards.
- Support the implementation and roll-out of Recruitment and HR tools.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and local partnerships to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support recruitment for key talent for corporate positions as needed.
- Promote CHAGEE as an employer of choice through creative and engaging recruitment campaigns.
- Support the development, execution and management of a new Intern Program, creating and maintaining thoughtful partnerships with various colleges, trade schools and universities.
- Travel to new store openings to support recruiting and hiring efforts.
- Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and champion industry best practices.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a professional, engaging experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Be prepared for duties and responsibilities to evolve, and show a willingness to step outside of your usual scope to support the company's growth. Expect opportunities for personal and professional growth as you navigate new challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of successful high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Ability to travel (up to 25%) for new store openings and campus partner events.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Experience supporting internship program execution or development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment laws.
