Your Role as a Real Estate Agent:

• Build relationships and stay connected with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and match them with the right properties.
• Host open houses and other events to showcase listings and generate leads.
• Guide clients through every step of the transaction, from listing to closing, ensuring a smooth process.
• Stay informed on market trends and local data, becoming a trusted expert in your community.

What You Need to Bring:

• An active real estate license.
• At least two years of experience as a licensed agent.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools for marketing and client management.
