Your Impact
We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative and curious contract Recruiting Experience Coordinator to help us grow our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating and driving people-first hiring experiences. Our Recruiting Experience Coordinator will support an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating candidate schedules, greeting, and hosting candidates while they are interviewing with Handshake. This individual will have a proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly as priorities shift, work with a high sense of urgency and build strong, productive relationships. This person should have a desire to learn and grow.

Your Role
- Coordinate interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
- Operate within our recruiting systems and tools with a strong attention to detail and data hygiene
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and empathetically while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Be the friendly face of Handshake for candidates
- Collaborate on administrative projects as required to support the People & Talent team
- Recruiting coordination or administrative experience
- Experience with high-volume, complex scheduling
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong time-management and prioritization abilities
- Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Bias towards action, humility and curiosity
- Great judgment and a history of working with highly confidential information
- $30-$35 / hr
