We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our Capital and Government Property Team in San Diego, California.
This position is available for individuals with a college degree with a minimum of two years’ experience to participate in a professional field. Assists in the completion of routine and non-routine tasks; assists in the analysis, investigation, and solution of problems; and assists in developing electronic and hard copy documentation as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in the day-to-day activities of assigned functional area assisting in the completion of routine and non-routine tasks.
- Responsible for reviewing and updating GA Capital property records to ensure all records are accurate.
- Recording data such as manufacturer, serial number, or missing pictures in the data base.
- Upload pictures and data into the SAP system.
- Replacing asset tags on an as needed basis.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Job Qualifications:
- Typically requires education or formal training equivalent to the completion of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, management or related field and three or more years progressive experience in government property administration. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must possess the ability to understand new concepts and apply them accurately.
- The ability to follow general instructions as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable an effective interface with internal professionals.
- The ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- SAP database skills preferred
