ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.

As an organized and detail-oriented professional, your skillset promotes the basis for people in our community to have something they need. Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent is eager to bring aboard your collaborative presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling paperwork, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage office budget, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Maintain an organized office environment and ensure all equipment and supplies are in good condition.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Property and Casualty License
• Life and Health License
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
