The Marketing and Business Development Assistant is an integral part of the Marketing and Business Development team, supporting a wide range of initiatives. This role assists with the execution of marketing strategies, events, digital content, and tracking the success of campaigns. The position offers opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to the firm’s growth. This role is a full-time, hourly position that reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
The ideal candidate will be a professional, motivated self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Previous experience in digital marketing, communications, event planning, marketing research or data analysis is preferred. Experience with Google Analytics, customer relationship management systems (e.g., InterAction, Intapp, etc.) and/or content management systems is a plus.
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and capable of producing high quality work, while accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines. Applicants should have proven project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks successfully, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
