Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle service needs.
- Discuss vehicle concerns with customers and document initial observations for further diagnostics.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain timely communication throughout the service process.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines.
- Work closely with technicians and the parts team to ensure accurate, efficient service.
- Keep customers updated on any changes to their repair orders, costs, or schedules.
- Stay informed about current promotions, vehicle recalls, and service updates to enhance customer guidance.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with service management software (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or equivalent preferred).
- High school diploma or GED; further technical or business education is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
