Oversee operations, project management, IT support, and compliance Manage accounting functions, financial reporting, and budget development Oversee human resources functions, employee satisfaction initiatives, and diversity programs
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in financial management and operations, with 3-5 years in a nonprofit setting Relevant advanced credentials, such as an MBA or CPA Experience in a virtual work environment Proven experience with financial audits, tax filings, and budget oversight Familiarity with financial and project management software, such as QuickBooks and Monday
