As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by generating leads, managing B2B interactions, and building longstanding customer relationships. Your skills in engaging clients and delivering results will be crucial to driving our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential leads through online platforms, local events, and our CRM system.
• Pursue new opportunities in industries such as construction, weddings, agriculture, municipalities, etc.
• Visit clients in person to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Input and track opportunities, progress, and closed sales through our CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, text, or email.
• Address escalated issues while ensuring positive and lasting client relationships.
• Analyze sales data and identify and devise strategies for growth in target areas.
• Create weekly reports showcasing sales growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of increasing sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and managing sales funnels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Clean DMV record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage time effectively, set schedules, and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Thrives in a self-directed role with a strong drive for results and accountability.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of solving customer issues efficiently.
• Resourceful and creative when it comes to identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.

Salary

• $20.00 - $25.00 an hour base pay
• Potential to earn an additional $25,000+ annually through commissions and bonuses
