Job Description:

Essential Duties:
- Supervise assigned projects to ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are properly aligned to meet successful execution requirements
- Establish priorities of work and resource allocation to effectively accomplish multiple enduring requirements
- Develop and refine systems that drive company-wide project synchronization, coordination, and collaboration efforts in pursuit of efficiency optimization and continuous improvement
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and work with associated affected teams for plan revisions, as necessary
- Prepare Executive-Level comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence regarding project statuses, challenges, and improvement opportunities for senior management
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within assigned team to promote positive outcomes and exceed customer expectations
- Monitor, assess, guide, and address performance of assigned teammates
- Maintain familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to best practices
- Performs all other duties assigned
Education:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree in a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of successfully demonstrated project management, or similar field experience
- New graduates are accepted if they have PMP certification
- Honorably discharged service veterans.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, (Preferred)
- Ability to work under stress in high pressure situations.
- Able to handle frequent interruptions and handle conflict in an effective manner.
- Possess the ability to be a team player.
