Description

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for designing and creating marketing materials for varies FFA platforms, including by not limited to social media, email, and varies clients, writers and managers.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide visual storytelling expertise while using FFA brand elements (i.e., colors, fonts, etc.).
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite software (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) to create materials that clearly convey a message to a specific audience.
  • Use Wrike, our project management software, to present design proposals, receive feedback and submit print-ready files to the project manager for final production.
  • Select appropriate images from the official FFA image database (PhotoShelter).
  • Update and modify the previous year’s communication materials.
  • Create design templates for our members (i.e., social media, etc.).
  • Assist with tasks that help create a smooth and efficient workflow, including archiving and cataloging our resources.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with constituents to meet deadlines.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to internal clients who are also serving our members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Two years of professional design experience.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental design principles (i.e., layout/composition, focal point, typography, color, etc.).
  • Lifelong learner who is team-oriented and has time-management and problem-solving skills that are appropriate to the assigned task.
  • Courteous, honest, and fair with others and with FFA resources (i.e., work time, money, equipment, etc.).
  • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Can communicate in an appropriate, purposeful and positive manner.
