We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our site in McDonough, GA. This role is critical for the site, balancing administrative tasks with the implementation of processes that advance the HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented, and communicates well.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides support in Talent Acquisition, Employee Orientation, compliance, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Acts as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, rules, and company policies.
• Manages timecards and payroll administration for a pristine payroll process.
• Keeps all employee data up-to-date in ADP, training systems, and performance management systems.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal requirements during audits and for employee files.
• Maintains accurate records during recruitment processes.
• Monitors absenteeism in line with health and safety legislation.
• Compiles and maintains HR data for reporting.
• Supports the Human Resources Manager in local projects and employee engagement events.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience in various HR areas, including recruiting, payroll administration, and employee relations.
• 2 years minimum experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GA state laws.
• Ability to operate independently and maintain confidentiality.

Education/Certification

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
