What you'll do: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the accurate and timely flow of data across systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, define architecture, and design solutions that support business intelligence and analytics
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data models to improve data accessibility and performance for visualizations and insights sharing
• Develop visualizations and share insights using BI tools to support decision-making processes
• Optimize complex technical and business processes and applications to enhance operational efficiency
• Support data governance efforts, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable data solutions that meet business needs and align with long-term goals
• Explore opportunities to integrate advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling or AI, into existing systems to support data-driven decision-making
• Leverage low-code platforms to develop and support BI applications and automation solutions, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort
• Drive implementation of AI and machine learning capabilities, identifying use cases and aligning them with organizational objectives
• Maintain a strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and principles, ensuring their effective utilization to solve business challenges
  
  

What we're looking for: 

Essential Qualifications: 

• Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining data pipelines and data models to support scalable BI solutions
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and their application in business intelligence
• Ability to optimize complex technical and business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, security, and integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms similar to AWS, Azure, or Databricks
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, R, or SQL, for automation and data processing
• Knowledge of data platforms and technologies, including Databricks or similar tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Understanding of data governance practices, including data quality and security standards
• Exposure to advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, AI, or machine learning
• Experience integrating and optimizing data workflows to support scalable business solutions
